「源芳刈包」地點位於台北市萬華區華西街17-2號,屬於華西街夜市B區末端!
沒想到短短幾百公尺居然藏有三家米其林必比登推薦小吃,像是小王煮瓜、昶鴻麵點,以及本日主角「源芳刈包」!
近期來逛華西街夜市,不管平假日已經能看到排隊人龍,感覺旅遊觀光人氣也逐漸恢復!
「源芳刈包」自1955年開業至今已有67年歷史,在現代潮流餐飲不斷推陳出新汰換下,能佇立超過一甲子的老店實屬不易,也讓我們更加珍惜這股老滋味!
台北米其林必比登美食推薦│源芳刈包
小小攤位前可以看到「源芳刈包」大大擺放連續榮獲三屆台北米其林必比登推薦獎牌加持(2020/2021/2022)依舊保持水準,感覺星光熠熠!
源芳刈包│菜單價位
「源芳刈包」菜單價位主要就賣兩種:刈包、四神湯,四神湯分成不同部位或綜合!基本價格落在50~60元間,還算親民銅板美食!
老灶台前還能看到大鍋燉煮的控肉與四神湯,加上不斷補貨的刈包皮放入蒸籠炊軟,看起來也太誘人!
我們先前已經來吃過兩三回「源芳刈包」,大都都會避開假日,選擇在平日下午到來,比較能減少排隊等候時間!
通常我們跟店家都是直接告知要肥肉多一點的控肉部位,有些客人若想吃偏瘦口感,店家也會在鍋內翻找瘦肉!
這次剛好遇上有客人事先預約大量訂單,一次訂了將近35顆刈包,看著兩位店員不斷仔細夾肉夾菜、包好包滿!
連老闆都趕緊出動打包,我們這群排隊饕客一邊看著整箱刈包~真恨不得趕緊輪到我們!
後來發現原來是捷運員工的下午茶點心,兩大箱用推車帥氣扛回,來人啊~快點半路攔截他!

「源芳刈包」內用坐位區有分攤位前的折疊桌或是後方的室內用餐區,裡頭還有冷氣開放!
如果不急著離開,不妨在這內用享受現做刈包與熱騰騰的四神湯吧!
源芳刈包│控肉刈包
「源芳刈包」控肉都是一整塊三層肉經過費時滷煮,可以看到油油亮亮的漸層,
發現之前我們吃過幾家北部刈包,居然是使用碎豬肉,整體口感與份量就是不一樣!
一口咬下刈包,滿嘴肥嫩豬肉香氣,已經滿滿的酸菜、香菜、花生糖粉,甜中帶鹹,入口滿嘴香!

發現老客人吃到一半~還會加點桌上的特製辣粉,微辣口感更加對味,尤其我們特愛滿滿的香菜,真的超讚!
不輸我們吃了多年的高雄刈包名店「春蘭割包」~立馬成為我們在北部可以無限回味的口袋清單!

最後搭配一碗暖身補氣的綜合四神湯,裡面除了薏仁、茯苓,還有滿滿的小肚/豬肚/粉腸,料多實在,
帶點濃郁米酒香,健脾顧胃,不管大人小孩都很適合喝的平補湯品!

In addition, after the reopening of the tourism country in 2022 this year, gourmets from all over the world are rushing to make a pilgrimage! “Yuanfang Baobao” is located at No. 17-2, Huaxi Street, Wanhua District, Taipei City, which belongs to the end of Section B of Huaxi Street Night Market!
Unexpectedly, within a few hundred meters, there are three Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended snacks, such as Xiaowang boiled melon, Changhong pastry, and today’s protagonist “Yuanfang Baobao”!
I visited the Huaxi Street Night Market recently, and I can already see queues of people regardless of weekdays or holidays. I feel that the popularity of tourism is gradually recovering!
“Yuan Fang Jia Bao” has a history of 67 years since its opening in 1955. It is not easy to stand over a sixty-year-old restaurant in modern trendy restaurants, which makes us cherish this old taste even more!

In front of the small booth, you can see the “Yuan Fang Bao Bao” placed in a big place, which has won three consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand Recommended Medals in Taipei (2020/2021/2022) and still maintains the standard, feeling star-studded!
Yuan Fang Bao Bao│Menu Price
“Yuan Fang Bao Bao” mainly sells two kinds of menu prices: Bao Bao, Sishen Soup, and Sishen Soup is divided into different parts or combined! The basic price falls between 50 and 60 yuan, which is considered an affordable copper coin delicacy!
In front of the old stove, you can still see the stewed meat and Sishen soup in a big pot, plus the constantly replenished foreskins are cooked in a steamer until soft, which looks too tempting!
We have eaten “Yuan Fang Bao Bao” two or three times before, and most of them avoid holidays and choose to come in the afternoon on weekdays, which can reduce the waiting time in line!
Usually, we tell the store directly that the cuts with more fat are required. If some customers want to eat a leaner taste, the store will also search for lean meat in the pot!
This time, there happened to be a customer who ordered a large number of orders in advance, and ordered nearly 35 baobao at one time. I watched the two clerks carefully pick up the meat and vegetables, and the baobao was full!
Even the boss rushed out to pack, and we, the gourmets in line, looked at the whole box of bags~ I really can’t wait for our turn!
Later, I found out that it was the afternoon tea snacks of the MRT employees. The two big boxes were handsomely carried back with a cart. Come here ~ Hurry up and stop him halfway!
Yuan Fang Bao Bao│Environmental seat
There are folding tables in front of the stalls or an indoor dining area behind the seating area of ”Yuanfang Karabao”, and there is air conditioning inside!
If you are not in a hurry to leave, you might as well enjoy the freshly made buns and the hot Sishen soup here!
Yuanfang Bun│Kong Meat Bun
“Yuan Fang Bao Bao” is a whole piece of three-layer meat that has been stewed for a long time, and you can see the oily and shiny gradient.
I found out that we had eaten a few northern buns before, and they actually used minced pork. The overall taste and portion are just different!
Bite down the buns, the mouth is full of the aroma of fat and tender pork, already full of sauerkraut, coriander, peanut sugar powder, sweet and salty, and the mouth is full of fragrance!
Yuan Fang Bao Bao│Special Chili Powder
I found that the regular customers ate half of it ~ they would add some special chili powder on the table, the slightly spicy taste is more suitable, especially we love the full of coriander, it is really amazing!
Not to lose the famous Kaohsiung guabao shop “Chunlan guabao” that we have eaten for many years ~ it immediately became our pocket list that we can reminisce endlessly in the north!
Yuanfang Baobao│Comprehensive Sishen Soup
Finally, it is paired with a bowl of comprehensive Sishen soup for warming up and nourishing qi. In addition to coix seed and poria cocos, there is also a lot of small tripe/pork tripe/noodle sausage, which is rich in ingredients.
With a strong aroma of rice wine, it invigorates the spleen and stomach, and is a tonic soup that is suitable for both adults and children!
You can eat Michelin Bib Gourmand food for a simple copper plate price. Everyone who visits Huaxi Street Night Market must try it!
